The care journal
Keep every strand beautiful.
A calm, consistent routine protects softness, shape and lace.
01
Store with intention
Detangle before storing, then place your wig on a stand away from direct sun, dust and humidity. Cover loosely with satin; avoid crushing the lace.
02
Wash without rushing
Use lukewarm water and sulphate-free shampoo. Smooth product downward rather than rubbing. Condition the mid-lengths and ends, rinse thoroughly and air-dry on a stand.
03
Detangle from the ends
Work in small sections with a wide-tooth comb, supporting the hair above each knot. Start at the tips and travel slowly toward the roots.
04
Use heat thoughtfully
Apply a light heat protectant and begin at the lowest effective temperature. Never use hot tools on damp hair or directly on lace.
05
Daily maintenance
Finger-comb waves and curls, use only a small amount of lightweight serum, and wrap straight textures at night to preserve the finish.
06
Protect the lace
Remove adhesive gently with a suitable remover. Do not pull, scratch or scrub. Clean residue carefully and allow the lace to dry fully before storing.
07
Useful products
Keep a sulphate-free shampoo, moisturising conditioner, heat protectant, wide-tooth comb, satin bag and lightweight serum nearby. Patch-test every new product.
08
Common mistakes
Avoid sleeping in an unsecured wig, heavy oils, excessive heat, rough towel drying and storing hair while damp. Consistency matters more than using many products.
